Before ServiceAgent, Porter co-founded TRACT, an AI due diligence platform acquired by a private equity firm in 2024. He also built Estate Elegance, a luxury real estate newsletter sold to Estate Media.
Porter graduated from the University of Miami Herbert Business School with majors in Business Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Finance. He is based in Austin, Texas and married his high school sweetheart Ellie in November 2025.
